Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 26 May 2026
Blyss is built for independent Kenyan creators selling digital products and recurring subscriptions to people who want to support and learn from them. This policy lays out what you can and can't sell on Blyss. Read it carefully — it's binding under our Terms of Service.
If something on this list seems ambiguous in your case, email [email protected] before you list it. We'd rather answer a question than process a takedown.

A note on professional advice
You can sell educational content about health, law, and finance — for example, a course on personal budgeting, a guide on Kenyan tax filing, or a workbook on stress management. What you can't do is present yourself as someone's doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor through the platform.
Always include a clear disclaimer in your listing if your content touches these areas: "This is educational content, not personalized [medical / legal / financial] advice. Consult a qualified professional for your specific situation."
Enforcement
If we believe a listing or account violates this policy:
- First-time minor issues — we'll email you and give you a chance to fix the listing.
- Repeated or clear violations — we'll remove the listing and may suspend payouts.
- Serious violations (illegal content, fraud, harm) — we'll terminate the account immediately, refund affected Buyers, and report to authorities where required.
We rarely give specific notice for category 3 because it would let bad actors run with the money. If your account is terminated and you believe it was a mistake, email [email protected] with the details.
Reporting violations
If you see a listing or account that violates this policy, email [email protected] with:
- A link to the listing or store
- A short description of what's wrong
- Any evidence you have
We review every report and respond within 5 business days.
