Welcome to Blyss. Here's how to do the most common things.
Selling on Blyss
Getting started as a creator
- Sign up at blyss.co.ke/login using your email or Google.
- Create your store — pick a name and a slug. The slug becomes your URL:
blyss.co.ke/<your-slug>. - Verify your identity with your Kenyan national ID or business registration. This is required before you can receive payouts.
- List your first product from your dashboard. Add a name, description, price, and the file or content you're selling.
- Connect Paystack so we can pay you. Link your bank account or M-Pesa number through Paystack's onboarding.
You're live. Share your store link and start selling.
Pricing your products
Blyss takes a flat 12% platform fee on each sale. Paystack and M-Pesa transaction fees are passed through at cost (typically 1.5% + KES 30 for cards, 1% capped at KES 50 for M-Pesa).
Quick math on a KES 1,000 sale paid via M-Pesa:

You set prices in KES by default. USD pricing is available for cross-border sales — we'll auto-convert at the rate at checkout.
Payouts
Payouts happen automatically. Once a sale is confirmed and the chargeback window has passed (24–72 hours depending on the payment method), the Seller's share lands in their linked Paystack subaccount, which forwards to their bank or M-Pesa.
You can see all earnings, fees, and payouts under Dashboard → Finance.
Subscriptions
Recurring subscriptions are first-class in Blyss. Set a monthly or yearly price and Blyss handles the recurring billing through Paystack. Subscribers can cancel any time from their portal and lose access at the end of their paid period.
Buying on Blyss
How to buy
Click Buy now on any product. Pay with your card or M-Pesa. Your purchase appears under Your purchases, and you can re-download files any time.
Where do my files go?
Digital downloads are linked to your Blyss account email. Sign in at blyss.co.ke/login and go to Your purchases to access them. Subscription benefits (Discord access, members-only feeds) are also managed from there.
Refunds
See our Refunds policy. Short version: refunds are issued for broken downloads, undeliverable files, or material misrepresentation. Buyer's remorse generally isn't grounds for a refund on digital goods.
Chargebacks
Please email [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. We can usually resolve issues faster than your bank can.
Account and security
Two-factor authentication
Sellers should turn on 2FA from Dashboard → Settings → Security. We support authenticator apps (Authy, Google Authenticator, 1Password) and recovery codes.
Forgot password / can't sign in
Use the magic-link login at blyss.co.ke/login. Enter your email and we'll send a one-time code that signs you in. If your email account is compromised, contact [email protected] to verify your identity another way.
Closing your account
You can close your Blyss account from Dashboard → Settings → Account. Pending payouts settle to your linked account, your products are unlisted, and we keep transaction records for the legally required period (7 years for tax compliance).
